WE GOT A CAR!!!!
Well, technically Kristen got a car.
But I am allowed to rent
part of it :-)
We bought it from a man who tutors a Harvest student. Actually, the boy is in my homeroom! It was a neat connection that the Lord used to provide us with transportation. We found out about it on Thursday and it belonged to Kristen Sunday!
It has been a huge blessing already, being able to get to school when we need to and home etc. We have even been able to come home after school and then go back to work later a day or two this week. And not having to call someone before going to get groceries is... well... nice!
Praise the Lord for His provision and the people who were so helpful in checking the car for us!
Please pray as we try to investigate insurance options. We need to have proof of insurance before we can go in to register the car. The registration place is only open till 5 and is notorious for the amount of time it takes. With school it is hard to find the time to get there.
Also, a few things to get worked on in the car- alignment and pesky things like that. Not huge but time consuming with already packed schedules.
