Saturday after Thanksgiving

The Saturday after Thanksgiving Kristen and I trecked north to Ritidian for some bumming at the beach.

The last part of the road reminds be of my childhood, narrow little road through the jungle, giant potholes to drive in and out of.... Lots of fun. We were a bit nervous for Frankly Lucy but she made it just fine. :-)

B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!

Enough said.

Ah. Hope y'all are enjoying the freezing cold and snowy-ness. We are getting nice tans! :-p

And finding some fun little friends. I wanted this little guy's shell, it was so nice, but decided to let him keep it. As a Merry Christmas present. Haha.

And after a nice day at the beach there is nothing more fitting the mood than.....

Decorating our Christmas tree!!!

Yes, the day did feel like a bit of an odd combination :-)

We turned on Muppets Christmas Carol (best Christmas movie ever!) and set up the tree on my dresser.

We had lots of fun ornaments to pick from: garlands, candy caned, tiny ornaments, buttons, and much, much more! Thanks to my best-Mommy-in-the-world Mom!

All decorated and lights turned on. So pretty!

Time for Christmas music and popcorn balls (also courtesy of Mom) while sitting to admire our pretty creation.

Different from the past few years, yes. But very special and still just as nice.

Merry Christmas everyone from the beautiful island of Guam!

  1. LOVE the pic with the flowers in the foreground and ocean in the background!

So I show Thomas the pic of you & Kristen and point to you. 'Who is that?' I ask. He immediately replies 'You.'

Just thought I'd remind you that you have a twin on the other side of the world :o)
